What, in your opinion, is the best free web hosting service for testing reasons???????????

A typical query:

I am building a major website (About 30MB), and I want to be able to host it free until I get the kinks out and such. After that I’ll be happy to pay the or so dollars a month. I don’t want any forced adds or banners either, it needs to look very clean for several presentations first. I’ll only need it for a couple months at most.

Also, registering a domain name seems to be around a year. Is that about the average? I can’t really complain about that price, but just wondered.
